Jackeline’s therapeutic approach is characterized by her optimistic outlook: "Life can often present individuals with circumstances that can be difficult to navigate. As a trauma survivor with lived experience, Alvin is dedicated to providing access to care, skills, and resources that empower individuals to live purposefully. While he recognizes that everyone finds their own path, he offers guidance to those who seek it, serving as a supportive beacon in their journey.

An American of Puerto Rican descent, Alvin has achieved a Master's level in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. His experience spans a broad spectrum of counseling scenarios, including individual, group, crisis, faith-based, performance coaching, spiritual integration, and family counseling.

Alvin approaches mental health through a holistic and spiritual lens, viewing it as an integral part of overall wellness. He is passionate about addressing a variety of areas, such as substance abuse, cultural counseling, trauma and generational trauma, sex therapy, spiritual counseling, and working with the LGBTQIA+ communities. Ashley began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she worked with children diagnosed with neurocognitive disorders, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she supported clients in developing emotional regulation, communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. This experience provided her with valuable insight into child development, behavioral health, and the importance of individualized treatment approaches.

In addition to her clinical work, Ashley has served as a Treatment Coordinator for children in foster care, collaborating closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote stability and trauma-informed care. Her journey includes three years at Lifestream Care Facility, where she gained hands-on experience supporting clients with various mental health needs.

In addition to her clinical background, Shanique has worked as a child advocate and care coordinator, facilitating supervised visits and assisting individuals transitioning into treatment. These roles exposed her to a diverse outpatient caseload, enriching her understanding of mental health across life stages and backgrounds. She is especially passionate about advocating for improved access to mental health resources in underserved communities.

Throughout her career, Armara has worked in case management, supervision, and program operations, partnering closely with individuals and families facing complex personal and social challenges. These experiences have strengthened her understanding of the impact of trauma and reinforced her commitment to providing empathetic, person-centered care. She is particularly interested in trauma-informed practices and helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting emotional well-being.
